Remote Cybersecurity Consultant

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for client systems.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Assist in incident response planning and execution to mitigate threats.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions to clients on cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a cybersecurity role or related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or CIS.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
