Commercial Tire Service Specialist

Compensation: Pay starts at $22 per hour, based on experience. After-hours response earns competitive additional pay.

What a Day Looks Like

You begin with a safety check and a plan for the day. The first job is a detailed inspection to pinpoint wear patterns and performance concerns. Next up: mounting and balancing commercial tires with precision, dialing in torque settings exactly to spec. A customer stops by with a vibration issue—you listen, diagnose, and recommend the right solution. Between shop work and service calls, you manage your time to meet customer expectations. If an on-call request comes through, you respond promptly and safely.

Your Impact

• Perform thorough tire inspections to identify damage, irregular wear, and performance issues.
• Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment and correct installation techniques.
• Set and verify torque to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate clearly with customers to understand concerns and provide professional recommendations.
• Prioritize shop tasks and service calls to deliver on time commitments.
• Follow strict safety protocols when handling heavy tires, operating equipment, and working around hazards.
• Respond to on-call repair, replacement, and installation requests.

What You Bring

• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot tire-related problems.
• Clear communication and strong customer service instincts.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-call duties.
• Knowledge of tire types, sizes, specifications, and proper repair methods.
• Capability to safely lift and handle up to 100 lbs.
