Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our team and play a key role in warehouse operations. In this position, you'll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory while helping maintain accurate stock levels and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Pay: $19.00/hr Receiving Associate Available Shifts:
On-Site/ Lead Recruiter- Broomfield Colleen is our Lead Recruiter/On-Site Manager for the Broomfield office and has been with Job Store since 2021. She is passionate about connecting individuals with opportunities that fit their career goals. Colleen graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. When not at work, you can find Colleen trying out new recipes, going for a long hike in the mountains, or cuddling with her chubby cat Leonard.

- 8:00am - 4:30pm, Tuesday-Saturday
- 8:00am - 4:30pm, Sunday-Thursday
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to appropriate team members
- Assist with inventory data entry and purchasing record updates
- Support purchasing activities, including placing orders and following up with vendors as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment (5S standards)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory flow
- Accurately pick, pack, and support order fulfillment as needed
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving mindset
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained
- Experience with inventory systems, audits, or purchasing functions
