\n \nCompany Overview: Our Client is a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. With a commitment to innovation, efficiency, and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health and success of our plant operations.
\n \nPosition Overview: As the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our manufacturing plant. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's financial success by implementing effective financial controls, providing insightful analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting. \n
- Provide detailed analysis of plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains. \n
Collaborate with operational teams to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
\n2. Cost Control and Optimization:
\n- \n
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. \n
- Implement and maintain effective cost control measures. \n
- Work closely with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize waste. \n
3. Financial Reporting:
\n- \n
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements. \n
- Present financial information to senior management, providing insights and recommendations. \n
4. Inventory Management:
\n- \n
- Oversee inventory accounting processes, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting. \n
- Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory levels and turnover. \n
5. Internal Controls and Compliance:
\n- \n
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. \n
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. \n
- Participate in internal and external audits as required. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. \n
- Proven experience as a Plant Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment. \n
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and cost accounting. \n
- Proficient in financial modeling and ERP systems. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. \n
- Ideally 7-10 years of experience \n
