Permanent job opening
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible CRNA
Hiring 1 additional CRNA to join an established 4-CRNA rotation (potential need for 2)
Practice across two sites: Salem and Flora
Structured rotation schedule:
- One week in Flora: Monday-Thursday, no call (3-day weekend)
- One week in Salem: Monday-Friday, no call
- One week in Salem: Monday-Friday with call
- One week off
13 weeks off per year + 13 weeks with 3-day weekends
Case mix includes: orthopedic, endoscopic, general surgery, gastroenterology, podiatry, GYN, and ophthalmology
No OB cases

Compensation:

$270,000 (1099)
$10,000 relocation assistance

Area Information:

Flora is located about 2 hours east of St. Louis and offers a quiet, small-town lifestyle with a strong sense of community.
Salem is approximately 1.5 hours east of St. Louis and provides additional amenities, dining, and local services.
Both communities offer a low cost of living and easy commuting between sites (about 30 minutes apart).
The region is ideal for those who enjoy a slower pace of life, outdoor activities, and minimal traffic.
Convenient access to St. Louis allows for weekend trips, major airport access, and big-city entertainment.
