• Permanent job opening
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible CRNA
• Hiring 1 additional CRNA to join an established 4-CRNA rotation (potential need for 2)
• Practice across two sites: Salem and Flora
• Structured rotation schedule:
  • One week in Flora: Monday-Thursday, no call (3-day weekend)
  • One week in Salem: Monday-Friday, no call
  • One week in Salem: Monday-Friday with call
  • One week off
• 13 weeks off per year + 13 weeks with 3-day weekends
• Case mix includes: orthopedic, endoscopic, general surgery, gastroenterology, podiatry, GYN, and ophthalmology
• No OB cases
