Role Purpose Coordinates patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, purchasing, and statistical reporting. Responsibilities Manages individuals, including hiring, training, assignments, performance evaluation, and professional development. Ensures productivity and actions align with operational goals. Participates in departmental staffing, budgeting, and adherence to financial goals. Oversees patient care per planned interventions and documents per policy. Creates and implements collaborative care plans based on assessment, diagnosis, and medical treatment. Reviews staff hours versus scheduled hours, determines disposition, performs payroll updates, reconciles time cards, and approves bonus coding. Coordinates staff communications, prepares huddle agendas, leads meetings, determines staffing needs, and assigns overtime. Recommends effective annual increases, interviews for open positions, conducts performance reviews, drafts corrective actions, and follows up on disciplinary actions. Responsible for staff productivity and overall operational goals; performs performance evaluations and recommends improvements.
