Forklift Operator

Costco Wholesale Corp. - - Responsibilities: Operate seated and standing forklift to transfer product from warehouse floor to load trucks and unload/stock merchandise as needed; Move merchandise by hand or forklift to maintain continuous flow of merchandise; Open and close bay doors and pull pins for dock plate; Audit merchandise and enter data into remote data terminals to verify order receipt and condition; Replenish pick areas based on replenishment reports and other requests for merchandise; Identify customer orders and fill merchandise by moving items from active slot to pick areas; Report damages and vendor compliance issues and resolve discrepancies with the manager; Maintain cleanliness of the area and operate cardboard baler and disposal of hazardous materials as required; Assist in other warehouse departments as necessary; Provide high level member service while performing duties
