Parts Manager

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Managing annual department budgets, business plans as well as objectives and goals
• Maintain targeted profitability levels
• Development and growth of parts personnel
• Promote a safe work environment
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• More than three years’ experience in a related field
• Previous management experience
• Profit/loss management
• Ability to empower and develop employees
• Strong communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive for business purposes.

• Previous parts experience
