to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in baking from scratch, and can thrive in a structured, fast-paced setting.

This role requires early morning availability, with shifts typically starting around 3:00 AM. Weekend avalibility is required.

What can we offer YOU:

PAY:

$19.00-$25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

PTO – 1 week PTO after 1 full year of service and 2 weeks of PTO after 3 full years of service (Full-Time positions only).

Paid Lunch Break and a free sandwich

Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant baking experience in a bread bakery required

Strong attention to detail in all aspects of baking

Ability to follow instructions and standardized recipes

Reliable and efficient work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work early shifts, weekends, and holidays

Minimum education requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.

Team oriented mindset with positive attitude.

Ability to apply knowledge gained from the employee handbook during day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Weigh and measure ingredients accurately

Mix, scale, and shape dough for breads, rolls, and specialty items

Bake products according to proper temperatures and timing

Monitor ovens and adjust as needed for quality control

Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods as required

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
