Requirements Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Nampa is looking for Hospitalist OB/GYN to fill their need! Schedule: 24-hour In-house shiftsShifts needed: July 10 Orientation shift 7a-7p July 11 7a-7a July 12 7a-7aOngoing schedule: yes. PRN sporadic opens Travel - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and feesLodging - 179/night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging: Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement. 50/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car. *Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
