We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic technology initiatives, build scalable solutions using modern Java and frontend frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong experience in both backend and frontend development, application modernization, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery environments. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Lead or be involved in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Skills: 10+ years of software engineering experience in developing integrated and secure enterprise or web-based applications using Java/J2EE 4+ years of experience with business process workflow software 8+ years of experience with Spring Framework 4+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux 4+ years of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) experience 4+ years of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) experience 2+ years of experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both 1+ years of experience using AI tools (ex. GitHub Copilot, GitHub Copilot Coding Agent, Cursor, Devin, etc.) to assist with development and testing responsibilities Experience in Micro Frontend and Microservices Experience working with REST Services Experience with API development and knowledge of common design patterns Experience with unit testing of Java backend code. Preferred, but not required: Hands on experience doing analysis, coding, and debugging Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc. Experience with developing GenAI and Agentic AI solutions Knowledge of or experience with Kafka Experience managing applications in a cloud environment (Azure, Google, Amazon Web Services) Experience working in an Agile environment Experience with cloud technologies such as OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Experience with automated deployment CI/CD tools like (Git Actions, Gradle, Harness) Experience with “test” centric development methodologies including Test Driven Development (TDD) & Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Knowledge of NoSQL databases (ex.
