The associate will operate a forklift, handle stock and merchandise, assist club members, and maintain a safe, organized environment. Responsibilities Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics through actionable plans. Operate a forklift safely, following company standards, to pick, move, place, and position merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers; identify priorities and deadlines. Receive stocks and organize merchandise from distribution centers; manage inventory flow; complete required paperwork and logs. Provide member service, including technology support and guidance for purchases. Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and properly disposing of hazardous materials. Maintain sales floor presentation; zone, stock, and rotate merchandise; remove damaged goods; set up displays; manage promotional and seasonal items. Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled accurately and on time, performing occasional audits for accuracy. Track inventory, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report any poor practices. Identify and resolve technical issues; maintain equipment; promote product organization. Act as a team member, mentor others, and demonstrate integrity in all actions. Qualifications Minimum 90 days of experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
