Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy (OT) License required
- Previous experience working in school environments (elementary and/or middle school preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
- Dedication to fostering student independence and functional skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to support IEP goals and developmental progress
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and regularly document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the educational environment
- Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal-setting and progress review
- Flexibly manage caseload assignments (caseload size TBD)
- Support an inclusive, dynamic learning atmosphere
This contract offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule (5 days per week, 40 hours weekly), beginning August 5, 2026, and continuing through May 28, 2027. You’ll be working with motivated students in both elementary and middle grades.
