About the Opportunity

Toyota of Katy is growing and hiring for our Business Development Center. We are seeking motivated and frontline sales opportunity specialists to join our award-winning team. If you have a passion for connecting people with opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Ideal candidates are confident on the phone and eager to learn. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound/outbound calls and generate sales appointments with customers that contact our dealership via the Internet or phone

• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments

• Maintain a strong, friendly phone presence and represent our brand professionally

• Track and update customer interactions in our database

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers

• Objection handling and persuasion skills

• Product knowledge (training provided)

• Goal-oriented mindset

• Resilient and self-motivated

• Phone experience required

• Computer literacy and basic technical skills required

Recommended 2 years of BDC Automotive experience
