Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit position requiring an active VA or compact RN license and NIH Stroke Certification.

Details

• Work in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPSU) of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certification through AHA or ARC, valid for at least 30 days beyond start date
• NIH Stroke Certification required for Tele/PCU nursing staff
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry/PCU nursing
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide telemetry and progressive care nursing to cardiac patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
