SCM SAP/Order Management Analyst

Join our Tier 1 Automotive client as an SCM SAP/Order Management Analyst and play a key role in supporting our VOR (Vehicle Off Road) and Uptime Assist teams while driving modernization in order management. What You’ll Do: Support escalation inquiries for VOR and Uptime Assist cases. Contribute to the Order Management Modernization project. Ensure proactive communication and timely resolution of order-related issues. Utilize SAP CRM/SPP systems to manage and track orders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and customer satisfaction. What You Bring: 3+ years of experience with SAP CRM or SPP (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio). Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Dynamics, D2D Link, Electronic Catalog, and Bill of Material System. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
