Program Analyst, Junior The Program Analyst, Junior supports Naval Aviation by managing programs from concept to completion, tracking deliverables, schedules, and coordinating updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval Aviation. Review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness. Track project schedules and coordinate updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Draft technical and administrative correspondence, prepare program status summaries, and deliver presentations. Attend meetings, reviews, and conferences; prepare meeting minutes. Work with key stakeholders and provide tactical Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics planning using Microsoft Project and PowerPoint. Collaborate regularly with Subject Matter Experts and customers. Qualifications Experience working in a professional environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to function in a dynamic working environment. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Desired (Nice if you have) Experience with logistics. Knowledge of FMS. Knowledge of Naval Aviation. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $48,100.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD).
