In this role, you will

• Work in a call center environment assisting our clients via phone and email
• Respond to inquiries pertaining to all flood products and other general concerns
• Work closely with other departments within the office to resolve client's issues

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers

Perform customer verifications

Effectively communicate with customers via telephone, email and fax

Provide information in response to inquiries about all flood products and services

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

Resolve customer inquiries related to flood products and services and make effective notes in each order changed.

Assist with identifying root causes and explain the best solution to resolve customer concerns in an expedient manner

Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

One (1) year of customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Proficiency in the Microsoft software products, Excel, Word and Outlook

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Problem-solving skills and problem analysis

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize, research and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
