Ready to jump in right away? We’re bringing on Food Manufacturing Employees immediately. In this Operations Associate role, you’ll help convert raw materials into finished products by running equipment, assembling items, and keeping everything clean and accurate.

Every shift, you support safe, efficient food production that our customers count on. You’ll cross-train on multiple stations and learn how mixing, forming, weighing, and packaging come together to create quality goods.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor production line equipment; assemble products on the line.
• Handle raw ingredients; move, weigh, form, mix, and package items.
• Perform basic tests and quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Accurately log ingredient usage and paper codes.
• Flag equipment faults for maintenance attention.
• Clean and maintain machinery and work areas.

What it takes

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment—especially food—is a plus.
• Comfort working in a loud, fast-paced setting.

Physical expectations

• Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Move between ambient areas and a freezer warehouse with significant temperature changes.

Pay and shifts

• 1st: $17.75 p/h
• 2nd: $18.50 p/h
• 3rd: $20.00 p/h
• Pay Range $17.50-$20.00

Preferred proficiencies

• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
