We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes.


You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs.


Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health Care experience a plus.

Responsibility:
TOTAL CARE is Required: client is bedbound (transfer/bed mobility) and incontinence care (uses a bed pan), rotate/turning, need to be assisted with all ADLs, meal prep., medication reminder, hygiene, dressing (upper & lower) laundry, personal care (shaving & grooming) light housekeeping, errands, shopping and to doctor's appointments

The client requires 24 hours care, available shifts 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am

Compensation: $14.00 - $14.00 per hour
