FT LAC/LSW/LCSW/LPC Clinician – Social Recovery Center, LLC

Location: 841 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081 (In-Person)
Position Type: Full-Time
Program Hours: Monday through Friday, two evenings required

About Us:
Social Recovery Center, LLC provides outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use conditions. We offer evidence-based, person-centered care through PHP, IOP, and OP programs.

Position Summary:
The LAC/LSW Counselor provides individual and group counseling, manages a caseload, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use treatment

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR

• Coordinate care with referral sources and community partners

• Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

• Active LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW credential in NJ

• Minimum 2+ years of behavioral health or substance use treatment experience

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and co-occurring disorders

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

• Trauma Trained a plus
