We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Lead Technician to oversee building maintenance operations and lead a team of technicians. Duties & Responsibilities

·         Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in daily operations

·         Ensure timely completion of maintenance and emergency repairs

·         Review and approve work orders and maintenance documentation

·         Coordinate with property management, vendors, and contractors

·         Oversee preventive maintenance programs and system inspections

·         Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

·         Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff

Education & Training

·         High school diploma or equivalent required

·         Technical or vocational training in building maintenance preferred

·         Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades preferred

·         Ongoing training in safety procedures, code compliance, and building systems encouraged

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

·         Extensive knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety)

·         Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

·         Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

·         Proficiency with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools

·         Minimum of eight years of building maintenance experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
