This is more than a call to join us, it's an invitation to be part of a visionary journey, to grow with us as we scale.About the PositionAs an Associate Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager in the overall administrative and technical direction for one large complex project or direct smaller size projects under the supervision of a Project Manager. Assistant Project Managers may have overall bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss, and consequently carry the authority appropriately, and will provide technical and engineering support as required by the project assigned.Our Ideal CandidateCan flex and adapt to the growing needs of the business.Can work autonomously and creatively solve problems.Has a growth mindset and is always looking to continually learn and grow.Day in the LifeAssist in the total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.Act as a liaison to coordinate communication between both internal and external members on the project. Including, but not limited to, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.Assist the Project Manager in the authorization and/or approval of all project staffing including, but not limited to, choice of superintendent, general foremen, and foremen.Perform specialized estimating and assists in estimating projects.Assist the Project Manager with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests.Assists in the implementation/interpretation of safety programs and ensures that all OSHA requirements are met.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience OR knowledge of construction methods.Project Managed training, experience or skills with a general understanding of a project lifecycle.Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.Must possess strong attention to detail and ensure maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.Must be willing to travel to and potentially temporarily relocate to project locationsExperience with Accubid a plus.Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.TravelTravel to project sites is required, which may include temporary relocation for the duration of the project.BenefitsAt ArchKey Solutions, our benefits package includes competitive health insurance options (medical, dental, and vision), a robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holidays, and access to wellness programs.
