By performing their duties consistently and to the level of quality required, the Warehouse Assistant enables the warehouse to run more smoothly and efficiently. 

The ideal candidate will have a history of 2+ years of professional experience, excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action.

Duties:

• Picking, pulling, packing, receiving inventory, and shipping orders
• Accurate counting of inventory
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Competent usage of pallet jack, riding pallet jack, forklift
• Competent use of tape guns, utility knives, and label makers
• Competent folding and tearing down of cardboard boxes
• Emptying warehouse trash and recycling bins
• Completely accurate physical inventory counts
• Competent usage of shrink wrap, heat tunnels, and heat guns
• Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in Customer Service duties, including email responses and replacement requests.
• Assist in Convention preparation, including set up, packing, and planning. 
• Assist in Facility Maintenance, including updates, repairs, and clearing and tidying.  
• Other duties as assigned.

Performance Requirements :

• Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to safely use equipment to move packages weighing over 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand and move over an 8-hour workday
• Maintain the confidentiality of all customer and client information, operational procedures, and financial data with which the employee may come into contact. 
• Current and valid Forklift License

Deliverables:

• Daily tracking sheets
• Packaging and shipping metrics to the Warehouse Manager

Education and Background.

Ability to travel to work in a logistics or sales capacity at consumer events and trade shows.
