Data Entry Clerk

Description A.S.A.P Screen Printing is seeking an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time, remote basis, based in New York. This role offers a great opportunity to build foundational administrative and data management skills within the Textiles industry. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining business records, including order details, customer information, production data, and inventory logs. Your attention to detail will help ensure our operations run smoothly and our records remain reliable. The role offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing directly to the efficiency of a growing screen printing business. Compensation is provided on a yearly basis in USD. Responsibilities Accurately enter order, customer, and production data into company systems Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets with precision Verify data for completeness and correct errors in a timely manner Organize and maintain digital and physical records Process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents Support inventory tracking by logging stock and material updates Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and customer information Assist with generating basic reports and summaries as needed Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry Typing speed and accuracy appropriate for data entry work Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Basic familiarity with word processing and office software Ability to work independently in a remote environmentStrong organizational and time management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Prior experience in textiles or screen printing is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
