Ospi Montecito is Jackson and Melissa Kalbs eighth restaurant and our first location in Santa Barbara County. Responsibilities

- Hire, train, and develop new hires
- Provide direct and non bias feedback
- Department management and inventory
- Teach and learn one new skill everyday
- Grow the business by 1% everyday
