Commercial Flooring Estimator / Project ManagerI'm partnering with an established commercial and residential flooring company to find an experienced estimator who can build strong customer relationships and guide projects from initial estimate through successful completion.This is an excellent opportunity for a flooring professional who enjoys combining estimating, sales, and project coordination. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of commercial flooring estimating or project sales experience, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for customers.What You'll DoPrepare accurate estimates for commercial flooring projectsBuild lasting customer relationships and identify new business opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goalsManage projects from the initial estimate through final completionCoordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, vendors, installers, and internal resourcesProvide customers and stakeholders with timely project updatesCollaborate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryRecommend flooring products and solutions based on each customer's needsWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of commercial flooring estimating or project sales experienceProject management experience is a strong plusSolid knowledge of commercial and/or residential flooring products and installation processesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesExperience using estimating, project management, or related softwareA customer-focused mindset and strong sense of ownershipCompensation and Benefits$80,000–$100,000 annual salaryBonus eligibilityMonthly vehicle allowanceHealth insurance reimbursement arrangementInterested?
