In this energetic role, you will engage with diverse customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to meet their needs. Seeking individuals to be in the Customer Sales Representatives Role!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients by providing accurate information about products, services, or account details
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Support clients with troubleshooting issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams
- Perform basic transaction handling and processing when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
- Handling client acquisitions and retention
- Provide expectational customer service experience
