Your Mission in This Role
- Employ advanced radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce high-quality images for physician consultation
- Partner closely with radiologists and healthcare colleagues to guarantee precise diagnoses
- Position patients thoughtfully and adjust apparatus for the best imaging results
- Uphold rigorous radiation safety practices for both patients and fellow staff
- Keep meticulous records, encompassing imaging logs and routine equipment assessments
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging journey
- Promote and maintain an efficient, secure imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is a significant advantage
- Graduation from a recognized radiology training program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or ability to secure it within 90 days of hire
- Strong background in imaging techniques and adherence to safety protocols
- Exceptional communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to function well in fast-paced settings with adaptability to evolving situations
- Detail-oriented with a profound sense of responsibility for patient care
- Proficiency in navigating PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
