We're running a confidential search for a Property Manager to lead a large corporate campus in Fort Lauderdale, just south of the airport. This asset recently changed hands through a significant ownership transition, and the right candidate will be someone who thrives bringing order and confidence to a site during a period of change — stepping in, rebuilding stability, and setting the tone for what comes next.

Who We're Looking For

Someone comfortable operating with a degree of organizational uncertainty, who can build trust quickly with new ownership and provide calm, capable leadership on-site from day one.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for ownership, vendors, and any occupants
• Reestablish stable day-to-day operations following recent change
• Own budgets, vendor contracts, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Provide clear, confident communication to ownership throughout the transition xhyhwjd

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience; large corporate campus or single-user facility experience a plus
• Strong financial acumen and vendor management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and a steady, confidence-building presence
