Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally. Engage with clients by building relationships and understanding their needs as a client. Make recommendations for products and services. Maintain the minimum sales requirements. Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon arrival. Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas. Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for long periods of time. Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment. Lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes. Bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
