Advanced Practice Provider/Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pain Management (New graduates are welcome to apply)
Location: Visalia, CA
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule

Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing Pain Management team. In this outpatient role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

New graduates are encouraged to apply! Candidates must have an active DEA , NPI , and be ready to begin the credentialing process.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on pain management and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Prescribe medications within your scope of practice and state regulations.

Qualifications

Required

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Active DEA
Active NPI
Ready to begin credentialing

Patient Population

Adults (18+ years)
Approximately 35 patients per day
