Client Service Associate - EDPlan Innovations (Registered Nurse)

To learn more, visit Service Associates will be integral members of the EDPlan Innovations Team. This position will be responsible for engaging client stakeholders for EDPlan Innovation projects and managing, maintaining, and growing client relationships with state agency and/or local education agency stakeholders across multiple states/projects. The role requires direct client interaction, collaboration with Regional Teams, and integration of client management and project management capabilities to promote strong connectivity within the team.ResponsibilitiesClients Focus on developing long-term client relationships – expand influence, increase retention, solve issues, and drive satisfactionModel best practices in client, project, and change managementLead client engagements and status update meetingsProactively identify problems and provide solutions to clientsBuild client excitement around new features, functionality, and servicesProvide feedback on evolving client needs to remain responsive, competitive, and good partnersProvide training on system use for end users and administratorsProvide Tier 2 or 3 support via Zendesk for EDPlan InnovationsCollaboration & Coordination Contribute to a professional and respectful team dynamic with a culture of mutual accountabilityDeliver results in terms of client success metrics, both individually and collaborativelyCollaborate and coordinate with Regional Teams and other functional areas to meet clients' needsCoordinate with EDPlan Innovation Product Leads and Regional Team for status update meeting materials, data or reporting requests, and evolving services based on training and helpdesk feedbackServe as the main point of contact internally for Regional Teams to review new opportunities for viability, potential market shifts, and areas of riskServe as the client contact for the change request process and involve appropriate team members from EDPlan InnovationsCoordinate with Technical Business Analyst to articulate change requests, product feedback, and support execution of changes in user acceptance testing (UAT) and training documentationSkills For SuccessProven success at client relationship buildingEffective communication skills (presentation, facilitation, and written)Proven success or keen ability to understand electronic nursing documentation softwareCollaboration skills with peers, staff, and leadershipAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with keen attention to detailDecisive, consistent, transparent, and open to feedbackHighly organized and skilled at prioritizationAbility to lead virtual and in-person trainings on EDPlan InnovationsProfessional maturity and client-centric mindsetAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TeamsPreferred ExperienceLocation: must be located in or around the state of OklahomaRegistered nurse (RN) with expertise in school nursing specialtyExperience with electronic nursing documentation (SIS or EHR)2-5 years' experience managing client relationshipsStrong understanding of EDPlan, specifically EDPlan HealthExpertise using Asana or comparable task management or project management toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or additional relevant years' experience requiredWorking ConditionsRemoteRequirementsThis position is remote with travel/onsite requirements. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave. Range: $55,000-75,000.
