Managesupplierrelationships,leadnegotiations,andoverseesupplierperformancetoensurealignmentwithbusinessobjectives. Ownpricing,promotion,andchannelstrategiestooptimizecustomerexperienceandcompetitivepositioning. Leadandmentorateam,managingperformance,development,andengagementtoachieveoperationalexcellence. Analyzemarkettrends,customerbehavior,andfinancialdatatoinformdecision-makingandcategoryplanning. Collaboratecross-functionallytosupportmerchandising,supplychain,andmarketinginitiatives. Driveexecutionofbusinessplans,monitorkeyperformanceindicators,andadjuststrategiesasneeded. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in category and financial management, including profit and loss accountability for complex categories. Strong negotiation skills with experience managing supplier relationships and driving price leadership. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute category and channel strategies aligned with business objectives. Effective team management capabilities, including mentoring, performance evaluation, and fostering engagement. Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and digital tools to inform decisions and optimize merchandising strategies. Excellent communication and decision-making skills to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in project management and business strategy development within a retail environment. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
