We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their shopping needs, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and merchandising strategies.

Duties

• The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Responsible for sales, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
• Handling e-commerce orders, including receiving, preparing, shipping, and managing Pick Up in Store requests.
• Monitoring inventory (physical and digital stock), including restocking and returns.
• Overseeing incoming and outgoing merchandise flows, optimizing time and processes.
• Constant communication with the E-commerce and Central Logistics teams to ensure alignment across channels.
• Sales target management.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Use of the Retail management system for sales, marketing, and omnichannel activities.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in retail sales.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations and inventory management.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively to enhance customer experience.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
