Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Riverhead, NY. This role involves working in a 166-bed community hospital equipped with 3 CT scanners: GE Optima, Siemens Force, and GE Ascend. The position primarily focuses on ER cases, but also includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. A flexible approach is essential, as occasional X-ray duties may be required.

Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

• Conduct CT scans, focusing on stroke, trauma, brain, abdomen, pelvis, chest, and miscellaneous trauma
• Operate GE Optima, Siemens Force, and GE Ascend CT scanners
• Perform ER-centric scanning, with additional inpatient and outpatient duties
• Be flexible to undertake X-ray duties when required

Requirements of the CT Technologist

• NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT (R) (CT) certification
• NYS IV/Injection Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
