Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will spearhead the growth and expansion of ZWILLING's new professional knife sharpening services within the food service and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion : Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality and food service industries, focusing on professional knife sharpening services.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food service establishments to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Custom Solutions : Develop tailored knife sharpening programs that address the unique needs of each client while aligning with ZWILLING's standards of excellence.
• Cross Selling : Identify additional categories or sales opportunities to broaden the scope of products and/or services sold.
• Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, account management, and innovative solutions.
• Team Collaboration : Partner with sharpening specialists and regional service managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Industry Expertise : Stay informed about trends and challenges in the food service sector, leveraging this knowledge to refine and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or in a culinary position within the food service, hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals.
• Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel regionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation Range: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year contingent upon experience + commission.
