Job Description:

• Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues and develop effective repair strategies.
• Repair and replace worn or damaged components using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and new + used vehicle inspections.
• Utilize advanced tools and technology to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Work with service advisors to communicate repair plans and estimates to customers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay current with Ford and industry advancements and new vehicle technologies.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Dedication to advancing in Ford training.
