Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current (or eligibility to obtain) Michigan SLP license before the new school year
• Strong clinical skills working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Open to CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) applicants eager to kickstart their careers
• Effective communicator and collaborative team member
• Previous school-based experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-12 students
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student achievement
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and assessment results
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
