Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist** to join our growing real estate investment team. In this role, you will speak with motivated property owners, evaluate opportunities, negotiate purchase agreements, and help grow our acquisitions pipeline.

This position is ideal for someone with strong sales and negotiation skills who enjoys building relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage and follow up with inbound and outbound seller leads
* Build rapport with motivated property owners and understand their selling goals
* Qualify leads and analyze investment opportunities using company guidelines and tools
* Negotiate purchase terms and secure signed contracts
* Maintain accurate and detailed records within the company's CRM
* Coordinate with the acquisitions, dispositions, and operations teams throughout the transaction process
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and performance goals (KPIs)
* Provide timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
* Keep communication organized and ensure all lead information is up to date

## Qualifications

* Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, real estate investing, inside sales, appointment setting, or cold calling is preferred
* Excellent verbal English communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
* Confident handling objections and closing deals over the phone
* Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
* Experience using CRM systems and dialers such as Podio, Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, or similar platforms is an advantage
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Knowledge of real estate investing, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or off-market acquisitions is a plus
