Overview The AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and used vehicles, meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume targets set by America’s largest automotive retailer. Responsibilities Sell new and used vehicles, achieving gross profit, customer satisfaction, and sales volume goals. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Set and achieve personal income goals aligned with company productivity standards. Follow up with customers to maintain a strong sales pipeline. Maintain a safe driving record and a valid in-state driver’s license. Qualifications Over 1 year of automotive sales experience. Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals. Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a desire to help people and exceed expectations.
