Visual Merchandise Designer

Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours a week) Summary We’re partnering with an established retail company seeking a Visual Merchandise Designer to join its marketing team. This fully onsite role is responsible for designing visually engaging retail and marketing materials that support multiple consumer‑facing brands and locations. You’ll collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to bring campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives to life across digital and print channels while delivering a consistent customer experience. Responsibilities Design digital and print marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media graphics, websites, retail signage, flyers, catalogs, promotional displays, and other visual merchandising assets Develop creative concepts that support brand identity across multiple brands and locations Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches Maintain brand standards across all customer‑facing materials Manage multiple design projects in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines Qualifications Professional graphic design experience supporting established companies or recognized brands Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience creating digital and print marketing materials for retail or consumer‑facing brands Background in visual merchandising, retail marketing, consumer products, or multi‑location organizations preferred Portfolio demonstrating professional digital and print design work Why Work with Wheeler Staffing Partners?
