Job Overview Admiral Beverage is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing HR team in Missoula, Montana. The coordinator will support onboarding, sourcing, and hiring across multiple locations throughout Montana and the Northwest region. Responsibilities Source quality talent for multiple locations throughout Montana and the Northwest Region. Serve as the first point of contact and represent Admiral's hiring experience, ensuring seamless hiring, onboarding, and human connection. Document company policies, benefits, and personnel transactions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, progressive discipline, and terminations. Develop and maintain computer systems, social networking sites, recruitment platforms, databases, career webpage, applicant tracking, screening tools, and related needs. Work with applicant base, HR, and management to confirm status of applications and open positions. Provide communication to applicants regarding application status and ensure final disposition of all applications and confirmation of all open position closures. Facilitate introductions to first on-site contact for applicant interviews and onboarding of new hires. Advise site and department managers, verbally and in writing, on company hiring policies regarding compensation, recruiting, and hiring practices. Review, compile, prepare, and present documentation for payment of approved interviewing and related compensation such as moving allowances and relocation. Communicate status with HR Manager and work together to resolve outstanding concerns or incomplete items with applicant and authorizing manager. Schedule and conduct new hire interviews and orientations to better understand employee needs and receive feedback. Monitor wage surveys within the labor market and work with HR Managers to determine competitive wage rates approved for listed positions. Review job descriptions with hiring managers and HR to confirm proper alignment of posted positions with pay, responsibilities, qualifications, education, and experience. Work with management and HR to identify important information for inclusion in postings or prescreen candidates for open positions. Recruit, interview, and select employees to fill vacant positions consistent with company policy and procedure. Assist with job fairs as requested, develop and maintain relationships and associations that promote the Admiral brand and provide recruitment opportunities. Develop tools and metrics to track the success of the recruitment process and adjust as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
