Are you a driven Program Manager ready to contribute to a high-impact systems transformation initiative? We are looking for a strategic thinker to join the Systems Transformation PMO team, where you will play a key role in managing finances, supporting project execution, and delivering valuable insights. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented leader with a passion for fostering efficient processes, aligning projects with strategic goals, and ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination.

As part of the Systems Transformation team, you will support the Application Development Pillar and collaborate with department leaders, project managers, and stakeholders across the organization. You'll manage the budget planning cycle, develop insightful financial reports, and assist with workforce planning. Your contributions will help drive operational effectiveness and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, shape project outcomes, and implement improvements across PMO operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Spearhead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
• Partner with the Application Development Pillar, working alongside departmental heads, Controllers, IT Finance, and workforce planning teams to support operational excellence.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing visibility into budget trends and variances to aid decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers on financial forecasting, vendor management, invoice processing, and accruals to support seamless project execution.
• Manage workforce planning, overseeing workforce reports, and tracking open requisitions to ensure resource needs are met.
• Compile monthly project status reports for senior leadership, summarizing project milestones, deliverables, and key achievements.
• Drive process improvement efforts to simplify PMO workflows and improve efficiency across systems transformation activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in financial management and reporting with an analytical approach to data.
• Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguous situations to reach practical solutions.
• Skilled at communicating and coordinating across multiple teams and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven organizational skills and project management knowledge; familiarity with software development concepts is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of SQL or other technical skills is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
