Community Health is seeking an outstanding Clinic Nurse Manager to lead and support our Lander and Riverton Clinics. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the front and back office, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery for our patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, and internal processes
• Implement and enforce CHCCW policies and compliance standards
• Manage clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and hiring
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Chief Medical Officer to ensure quality clinical outcomes
• Monitor inventory and supply needs and coordinate with purchasing
• Conduct internal audits and ensure accuracy of billing and daily receipts
• Serve as a liaison between departments and represent CHCCW in community engagement activities
• Promote a team-oriented, respectful, and high-performing work environment
