Human Resources Specialist

Duties

Help

Review classification standards to ensure appropriate classification of positions.

Partner with subject matter experts to conduct job analyses, ensuring position requirements effectively capture top talent.

Support recruitment, placement, and organizational restructuring initiatives, including reductions in force, for assigned client groups.

Assist Civilian Human Resources Agency Service Center (CHRSC) with drafting job announcements, evaluating applicant qualifications, issuing referral rosters, and establishing pay rates.
