Title Specialist

Post accounting entries related to all DMV registration transactions Maintain DMV and Payoff schedules, processing refund checks to customers and lenders if needed. Contacting customer if needed pertaining to registration documents Assist in obtaining title for trades and wholesales Keeping management and sales department up to date with status of outstanding registration items Ensure the Tax and Title Fees are properly completed and collected. Promptly process documents to ensure tax and fees are reported and paid in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned Assist with processing Wholesale deals in accounting. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience Title processing required Accounting Experience preferred CDK / ADP / Tekion Experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and diligent Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
