Lead Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience (Bellevue)

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue. Job Location: 3720 D Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006 Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.75 hourly (Full‑time & Part‑time) Hourly + Sales Bonuses Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
