RecruiterSchedule:Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition Summary:The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs. This role partners with branch management, clients, and applicants to ensure open positions are filled efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service. The Recruiter also builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through creative recruiting strategies, networking, and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & StaffingSource qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, and community outreachReview resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviewsScreen candidates based on client requirements, qualifications, and experienceMatch qualified candidates with client job openingsMaintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for current and future staffing needsCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and clientsMeet daily recruiting goals, including calls, interviews, placements, and startsOnboarding & ComplianceCoordinate new hire paperwork, I-9 completion, E-Verify (if applicable), background checks, and drug screeningsEnsure all candidate records are accurately entered and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Verify employee availability and maintain an active candidate databaseEnsure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local employment lawsEmployee Relations & Customer ServiceContact employees daily regarding job opportunities and work availabilityConduct wake-up calls and attendance confirmations before scheduled shiftsFollow up with employees after their first day and throughout their assignmentsRespond promptly to applicant inquiries via phone, email, text, and walk-insAssist with employee relations and professionally resolve associate concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with applicants, employees, clients, and hiring managersBranch SupportAssist with recruiting events, job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activitiesUtilize social media, WhatsApp groups, and other recruiting tools to attract candidatesWork closely with Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Branch Managers to prioritize recruiting effortsPerform additional duties as assigned to support branch operationsJob Requirements:EducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredCollege coursework in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferredExperience1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferredStaffing industry experience is highly preferredSkills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple job orders simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferredBilingual English/Spanish preferred but not requiredSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and candidates
