Job Details

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and create customized plans that assist patients in reaching their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Team Up with Diverse Professionals: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses for well-rounded patient care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapy practices to help sustain progress in a home environment
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical developments and adjust interventions accordingly, ensuring patients progress effectively

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
